Where are your products made?

Our products are 100% made in Italy.

How long does delivery take?

Items are sent within 2-5 days from the time of order confirmation.

If the item doesn’t work, can I exchange it?

Yes, it can be exchanged for any reason within 14 days from purchase. Customer Service will forward the return request and the customer can make a new order.

How do returns work?

The item must be returned intact, with all of its parts and in its original packaging (bags and wrappings), kept and used only as strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, features and size in accordance with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or filth, in observance of the conditions laid out above. In the even of withdrawal, the Customer must send the products back within 14 (fourteen) days from said withdrawal:

Am I responsible for return fees?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return fees. If proven defects are detected or the wrong item is sent, you must contact Customer Service (phone number +39 041/8380055 - email so that all of the necessary checks can be performed.

How will I receive my refund?

We will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount paid, minus any additional delivery costs, in accordance with art. 56, paragraph 2, of Italian Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days from withdrawal, by transferring the amount debited using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

I bought an item at a store and it doesn’t work for me. What should I do?

You should contact the store to report that the item doesn't work, and the outlet’s staff will manage any returns, replacements or repairs by coordinating with the relative internal departments.
